The Homie Shout Out
A long time ago I mentioned the spoon theory. I often spend time reading the affiliated But You Don’t Look Sick message boards. I have learned a lot about living with chronic illness from these spoonies. You may have noticed the addition of a link to Linz’s site in my blogroll. But as I have been pondering setting up shop at etsy, I thought I would send you to a few spoonie shops. Take a look, buy some stuff. Let me know how you liked the site.
- Linz does a great job keeping the web up to date with her site, but check out her lovely shop LinzOriginals. I have never seen a ring like the cluster ring she has created, but I love the balance of delicate and chunky.
- GenuineArticle- I have a couple pairs of earrings from these gals that I wear regularly, and get several compliments on. (okay, I confess I also have a lovely bracelet, but I didn’t want the others to get jealous.
- ettamae-I have been having some serious bad hair days lately, I think these lovely hair combs may be the cure, now I just have to decide between the ebony set, or the wide three prong blood wood….
of course some spoonies have other financial ventures. Christine has a cafepress store. I know I am eyeing this one.
